Channels I ran myself: the SamWash car wash network
Advertising on Google, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, a YouTube channel, a blog, influencer work — and on top of it the software that shows what actually made money: the customer app for paying for a wash and the owner dashboard with transactions, chemical consumption and breakdowns.
How we do it on our own site
This site is 155 pages rendered ahead of time into plain HTML rather than drawn in the browser. A search engine and a person get the same text, and the page shows its content even when scripts fail. For a site that has to be found, this is not a detail: half of all indexing problems start where content appears only after code runs.
Before deployment every page is checked by a program rather than by eye: one H1, a non-empty description, no text left hidden after an animation, no layout breaking at 320 pixels wide, enough contrast in the light theme. A violation stops the deployment. That is why we can say «done» — it is an exit code, not an opinion.
Then the things usually skipped: structured data for each page type, proper bilingual alternates, machine-readable files for search and AI systems, and instant notification of search engines instead of waiting to be crawled. Plus internal linking: a page reached by one or two paths inside the site looks accidental to a search engine, however good it is.
What this means for a client. We do not sell rankings — nobody controls those. We bring a site to the state where no technical reason to stay unfound remains, and we show that as program output. After that content does the work — and it still has to be written, but no longer against technical obstacles.
