What the subscription includes

- Documents generate themselves
- Invoice, contract, delivery note, waybill, act — from your templates, with your details, no retyping. Every amount explicitly with or without VAT.
- Admin panel with roles
- Orders, customers, statuses, who did what. A manager sees their own, the owner sees everything.
- Hosting, updates, support
- All in the plan. Server, backups, template updates, incident response. You do not employ an administrator.

Whose data is it and what if I leave?
The data is yours. On leaving you receive an export of customers, orders and documents in an open format. The system core stays ours.
How fast is launch?
Registration, company details, document templates and a WhatsApp Cloud API number — usually a few weeks; most of the time goes on Meta template approval and your documents. A Telegram bot is the quickest to connect.
Does this run a real business?
Yes. The same system has run a manufacturer's sales for 20 months: 260 orders worth UAH 22.2M, 196 documents with no retyping. Figures reconciled against the live database on 14.09.2026.
