Healthcare & Telemedicine

Scheduling and messenger reminders, documents and payments from appointment data, consumables accounting, device telemetry. No diagnostics.

Healthcare

The angle we come from

Plainly: we do not build medical information systems, do not work with diagnostics and do not take on anything requiring medical certification. That is a separate world with its own requirements, and entering it halfway is not an option.

Our part is the same as in other sectors: equipment, data, documents and money. Reception, scheduling, patient reminders, consumables accounting, in-room equipment telemetry, documents and payments.

What we can build

Scheduling and reminders

Appointment calendar, automatic day-before reminder in a messenger. Fewer no-shows and fewer receptionist calls.

Documents and payments

Invoice, contract, act — generated from appointment data without retyping details.

Consumables accounting

Stock, batches, expiry dates, automatic warning when something runs low.

Equipment telemetry

Fridge temperature for medicines, steriliser status, ventilation — wherever the device exposes an interface.

Personal data protection

File encryption before storage, role-based access, an access log. A baseline condition, not an option.

Patient portal

Own appointments, own documents, visit history — without calling reception.

Lines we do not cross

We do not build systems that clinical decisions depend on. We do not work with diagnostic algorithms and do not take on anything requiring medical certification. Everything we do here is the administrative and accounting layer around a medical practice.

Frequently asked

Do you build an EHR?
No. A full medical information system is a separate product with certification and requirements we do not enter. We build the administrative layer alongside it.
What about patient personal data?
File encryption, access separation, action logging, data on your infrastructure. Legal compliance with your obligations is checked by your lawyer — we provide the technical side.
Do you integrate with an existing EHR?
If it offers an API, yes. We do not propose replacing it.

Plain explanations without marketing — useful even if you never hire us.
