Logistics & drones
Invoice, delivery note and waybill generated from order data, statuses pushed to the customer in a messenger, stock and reservations tracked.
Case
Drones for us are not a picture but hardware driven by software. For FPV racing we built a system where a LapRF timer counts laps, PTZ cameras over VISCA find people and drones by themselves, and the judge sees evidence instead of an argument.
The other side of logistics is the border. USA.UA is a platform for buying goods from US sites and shipping them to Ukraine: parcel tracking, payment, automation of the routine.
What they share: software standing between people, devices and a process that used to rest on manual work.
What does not add up in logistics
Goods left, goods arrived — between those two events visibility is zero. The customer calls asking where the order is, and the answer has to be hunted across several systems.
Second, documents. Waybill, delivery note, act: each is produced separately, details retyped, and one wrong number causes a return and a delay.
What we do
Automatic documents
Invoice, delivery note and waybill generated from order data, without retyping details.
Carrier integration
Waybill creation, cost calculation, status tracking both ways.
Warehouse accounting
Stock, reservations against orders, goods movement. What is reserved is not sold twice.
Customer status updates
Automatic messenger notification: accepted, shipped, arrived. Fewer "where is mine" calls.
Aerial survey
Drones for inspecting sites and areas where driving round is long or unsafe.
Reporting
How many shipments, which routes, where delays repeat.
What it runs on
Node.js and PostgreSQL, carrier API integration, PDF and DOCX generation from templates. Notifications go through messengers people actually use, not a separate app nobody installs.
Our evidence
A sales system that handled 260 orders worth UAH 22.2M over 20 months and generated 196 documents automatically. An order runs from the first messenger message through to waybill creation.

Automating invoices, contracts and delivery notes
Why salespeople lose hours to paperwork and what to automate first. A worked example: 196 documents generated by the system with no manual typing.
Replacing 1C: what to migrate first
The order of migration away from 1C: where to start, what can stay for years, how to avoid stopping the business mid-transition, and where data goes missing.

Telemetry where the mobile link drops for hours: store-and-forward, clock drift, deduplication, staleness on the dashboard, alerts that do not cry.
