Car washes & automotive
We control bays over Modbus, take card and QR payments with no app to install, and reconcile revenue per bay every day. 14M transactions.
Case
For the SamWash self-service car wash network we, as its technology partner, built the payment layer and telemetry. Bay controllers talk to the server over Modbus, note and coin acceptors over ccTalk and MDB, and the customer pays by card or QR with no cashier.
Every bay runs on its own: when the connection drops the wash keeps working, and sessions and money catch up with the server once it is back. Takings are reconciled per shift and per device, so the owner sees what each bay earned rather than one total.
The software sits between the hardware and the bank: it takes the money, drives the equipment and shows the state of the network remotely.
What car wash and fuel station owners come with
The network runs and money comes in, but the owner has no real-time picture per site. Revenue is reconciled weekly, so when something goes wrong at a bay it surfaces days late.
The second half is cash. The bill acceptor takes money, the till counts it, but shift totals do not always match. Finding where they diverged is impossible without data from the equipment itself.
What we build for car washes and fuel stations
Bay control
Bay controllers, an on-site control tablet, remote management of the whole network from one panel.
Payment acceptance
Bill and coin acceptors, contactless terminal, QR payment from a phone with no app to install.
Daily reconciliation
Revenue per bay per shift, cash matched against card. Discrepancies show the same day.
Vacuums and add-ons
The same approach for vacuum units and vending machines on site.
Loyalty
Cards, bonuses, customer history — so regulars come back to your site.
Owner reporting
One screen instead of driving between sites: where you earned, where it idled, where it failed.
What it runs on
Modbus RTU/TCP to talk to bay controllers, C# for the on-site control tablet, a web panel for the owner. Payments integrate with acquiring and with cash acceptors. Built around your existing equipment — no need to replace the wash.
Our evidence
The SamWash network: over 14 million payment transactions processed. Years under real load, not a pilot on a single bay.

Per-device revenue reconciliation: catching shortfalls
